Because each squishy is handcrafted, orders usually ship within 5-10 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days.
What is your return policy?
We cannot accept returns for used squishies unless defective or damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
